Here's a car that is a great example of the term 'a wolf in sheep's clothing'. One look at the car and it looks as though it is simply a well kept LeMans Blue Z06, but with a long list of carefully integrated mods, we can assure you that this car is much more than meets the eye!

First let's take a look at the exterior. The more you look it over, the more small details you see that have been tastefully changed. Smoked turn signals, smoked tail lights, smoked headlights blend well with the blue paint. The 19” front and 20” rear chrome wheels really pop. The exhaust system is aftermarket, but not something that is noticeable without a really hard look. Eagle-eyed enthusiasts will also notice the Brembo ceramic brakes, which are slightly bigger than the stock Z06 brakes, peeking through the spokes of the wheels. Otherwise the exterior is clean and sleek as Chevrolet intended.

Inside this sleek Vette is the original Titanium Gray interior. Once seated in the car, an MGW short shifter is close at hand. A Pioneer head unit controls audio components, and acts as a display for the reverse camera. Alpine speakers and amplifier are connected to a JL Audio stealthbox that envelops a 10” subwoofer. An A-Pillar mounted gauge pod holding 3 Auto Meter auxiliary gauges and shift light allow the driver to keep tabs on the engine at a glance. The interior is tidy with all aftermarket add ons being neatly installed.

Now the information that you've been waiting for - power plant details...or should we say POWER plant….? We mentioned that this car is best described as a wolf in sheep's clothing, and the tidy, stock looking engine bay helps with that analogy. To the untrained eye, lifting the hood looks to reveal a clean LS7. Thanks to matte black paint, and 'plumbing' that is hidden, the supercharger is easy to miss on the passenger's side of the engine bay. A front mount intercooler can be seen through the front bumper if you really look close, but again that part is so neatly integrated, you may not notice it unless you're looking for it. So why would we be calling the engine a POWER plant? 684 horsepower on a Dynojet dyno, that's why! To achieve such a high triple digit number, not only was an A&A supercharger kit installed, all the supporting mods were checked off as well. A B&B Exhaust with electronically controlled flappers (Bi-mode), Kooks long-tube headers and catted X-Pipe, upgraded cylinder heads, upgraded injectors, spark plugs, LS9 ZR1 Map Sensor, bronze valve guide set, titanium valve springs, MSD plug wires, and ARP head bolt kit, just to name a few of the upgrades. Recent engine work and tuning was done by Baker Engineering of Muskegon Michigan, a reputable shop known in Michigan for their engine building, and tuning abilities. The engine sounds great at idle, but hit the button to open the exhaust flappers and it sounds amazing, again just at idle. We're sure that cracking the throttle almost all the way open is another aural experience that could become something to get addicted to. In keeping with the wolf in sheep's clothing theme, the supercharger sound is really muted at idle, not giving anything away. Toyo Proxes tires wrapped around those gorgeous chrome wheels do their best to help deliver the power to the pavement.

This is an amazing car, that has been very well cared for and carefully, tastefully modded to produce a healthy amount of horsepower. Make room for this Z06 and all it's horsepower in your garage stall. You'll impress all your neighbors with the raw power and sounds that this wicked Z06 produces!
